MCP server
Give your agent databases. OAuth means there is no key to copy.
The fastest way in, and it needs no API key at all. blaze advertises OAuth, so Claude Code discovers the authorization server, registers itself, and opens a browser for you to approve once. Paste this and it will configure blaze, verify the connection, and leave you with a working database.

Set up blaze so you can provision Postgres databases for me. 1. Add it as an MCP server: - name: blaze - transport: streamable http - url: https://blaze.crafter.run/v1/mcp No API key needed — blaze uses OAuth, so approve it in the browser when asked. Whichever client you are, use the matching step: - Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http blaze https://blaze.crafter.run/v1/mcp - Claude Desktop: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector - ChatGPT: Settings > Connectors > Add (developer mode) - Codex: add [mcp_servers.blaze] with that url to ~/.codex/config.toml 2. Reconnect, then call blaze's `list_databases` tool to confirm it works. 3. Create a Postgres database named "scratch" with a 24 hour TTL, run `select version()` against it, and show me the connection string. Then tell me briefly what else you can do with blaze.
Endpoint
Endpoint https://blaze.crafter.run/v1/mcp, Streamable HTTP transport. Authenticate with OAuth, or with the same bearer key as the REST API where no browser is available.
Tools
Seven tools:
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|

list_databases | Everything this key owns, with size and expiry |
get_connection_string | Credentials for one database |
run_query | Execute SQL (or one mongosh-style command on MongoDB) and get rows back, no driver needed |
set_ttl | Change or clear auto-delete |
create_api_key | Mint a key for your own app or CI |
delete_database | Permanent, no undo |
Setting it up in a specific client is covered in Connect a client.
